I tested PowerDirector 12+13 Ultra in Windows 10 64Bit Build 10240 (RTM). It should be comatible. But there is an issue with a green screen, if you import Video Streams, take them to the Timeline and watch the Preview. There is only a green screen, if hardware Videodecoding is set "On".

Newest Intel HD4600 Drivers (WHQL) is installed.
