PD13 Profile Quality reduce bitrate

In search of the best image quality I use maximum bitrate for MPEG2, I have noticed the video after rendering shows a bit rate lower than the personal profile.

Does anyone have this problem, have a suggestion how to solve.

If you are using a variable bitrate you may want to try a constant bitrate. I believe it is CBR. __________________________________
