Wow, I thought was over with.
I was at the other end of my timelines when this must have happened, so I'm not sure what may have triggered it. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)

Yes. I stumbled into it as well. And now I'm finding more clips with no video rendered when the first frame is black ! Win 10, i7

You are not alone, with me already happened a few times, by chance had today, project was already ready, video file, MPEG2 (SD).
Just realized because of the video did not activate SVRT, just clip that was desvincludado audio / video.
The solution was to add and edit the clip again.
