Can the timeline be undocked and moved to a secondary monitor?

No, you can only undock the Preview player and move across the screen to a second monitor

You can move/drag the Modify window (Pip Designer), Title Designer etc to a second monitor,

Thanks. Would that not be a nice feature, especially if you had many tracks? The screen could be filled top to bottom to show many tacks.
