hi Cyberlink i have been making some DVD's recently and I made some amendments to a project that I made and I wanted to then burn the content. But now when I want to open a project I get this message appearing web dialogue message appears with a percentage bar across the screen. It just sits there and does nothing, this now also appears when I create a new project for menus, chapters or changing a template.

It has now broken Powerproducer I have tried uninstalling power-producer and clearing the registry using CCleaner.
But after I reinstall same issue comes back again.
Below I have attached screenshots of the errors I receive and a copy of my dxdiag.
I hope this helps many thanks.

Hello NitrousX and sumer,

Sumer has pointed out the issue exactly. Thank you.

Microsoft Win update (KB3008923) causes all Web based dialogs in PowerProducer to malfunction. Sumer's suggestion of uninstalling the Windows update is the best procedure for now. It may be best to also turn off Windows updates until the issue is resolved.

The team at CyberLink is in negotiation with Microsoft about the issue.

On a wider level (not just PP & not just CL products) other recent Windows updates have resulted in different issues with GPU driver installations (AMD).
