I have PC Windows 8.1 last release (KB2919335). Power producer 6 (V6.0.2406.0 Ultra) refuse to burn in my video files with a error C00C005. What does that means? Where can we get the list of the error code and their meaning? What must I do?

Is that error generated by Cyberlink or from Windows? If you're still getting this issue, try a reinstall. There have been known general software issues on Windows 8.1 after update. Windows 7, i3, 4GB RAM.

I Have Windows 10, as well as CyberLink Power2Go, and in the process of Burning a DVD I get an ERROR Code of the Same; (C00C0005)

* DRIVING MYSELF BANANAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT ??

I have the same error in Power2GO in Windows 10.
During authority prcess after 3% - burning porcess error.
C00C005

Any ideas?
