Power2Go 5 Windows8 problem

I have Power2Go 5 preinstalled with Lenovo laptop.
The problem is at only one Windows prifile. When I start Power2Go at this profile - there is crash problem (Power2Go crash). When I start Power2Go at another profile - it starts without problems. So - where are any settings Power2Go at the user profile? How to repair this problem? I am attaching screenshots with that problems. Please help.

Try to have this profile set as an Administrator. Windows 7, i3, 4GB RAM.
