Can't add cover art.

Seeing as there isn’t any contact info for reaching tech support I guess I’ll try my luck posting here. (despite the fact that it looks like the admins have long since forgotten about this site.)

Whenever I try to get cover art while adding a dvd I get and error stating “Error: can’t determine the language.”

Is there something I’m doing wrong or can this be looked into?

Thanks

Hi everybody!

* CyberLink customer support will not cover this forum, if you have requires about it, please contact here

Well, seems like this forum is only for the community and not for support or developers...

I sent an email to the customer support, if moovielive is a dead project or if there is a chance that Cyberlink will take care of the community.

I hope so and i will keep you up-to-date.

Managed to get cover art. Did it by viewing my personal collection in PowerDVD then clicking 'Fancy View'. THen click on the blank cover art, may take a couple of attempts but managed to update all of my covers. Hope this is useful. :
