Hi, I bought a French Acer laptop that came with PowerProducer 3.7 - Vista. Never worked. gives error message that this PP version only works with Windows 95 or 98. I tried installing the two patches for 3.7 from the website. Nothing worked. I tried changing the compatibility settings of the exe file to 95 and to 98. Nothing worked.

Anything I can do? Since the program came installed, I supposed that if I uninstall it, it will be completely lost?

You can uninstall it. It's not a paid version anyway. You can download new trial versions on this sites which are even updated. Windows 7, i3, 4GB RAM.
