Is it possible to increase your font size larger that 72? I need to make it larger.

I assume you're talking about the Title Designer in PD12.
You can enter the value in box Tt, here was 127 maximum.
I think it depends on the font, can change this greater value.

Windows font? Look under Control Panel|DISPLAY for settings that affect various Windows boxes and some programs.

If it's text here in the browser, hold down <ctrl> and roll the mouse wheel slowly.

There's also the magnify tool, for selective enhancement.
