Hi all. I'm back with a problem reinstalling PD11.
I'm using an HP desktop, Win 7, 8GB mem, 1TB hdd, IE11, Norton Internet Security.
I recently did a factory restoral (using discs from HP) because of other problems.
This morning, I tried to reinstall PD 11 using the disc I got when I originally purchased PD11.
When I inserted the disc, it didn't automatically start the installation. Instead, I had to Open it and see the files - upgrade, and two content packs along with Media Espresso.
I clicked on the upgrade and both content packs and they installed. Did not install Media Espresso.
No PD11 shortcut on desktop. Went to Programs, Cyberlink, and clicked on PD11 64-bit. That's when I got the error message shown in the attachment. Because of that, I haven't tried downloading the updates yet.
What am I missing?
Guidance needed.

Consider this solved. I decided to try re-install and didn't work because PD10 wasn't on computer.
So, I re-installedPD10. I then tried re-installing PD11 and it worked.
A little hasty, I guess, in making my post.
I would delete/cancel it if that option was available. Jack
