Is there a way to attach text to a moving object in a video? Say a leaf blowing in the wind for example.

You might save a text file as a PNG, then bring it into PD's PIP library and track the leaf via keyframes.

Or you could take a snapshot of the desired text in PD, then add it to the PIP library, chromakey it, then track via keyframes.
