I purchased PD11 and as PD12 came out the next day I upgraded to PD12
I have purchased a new computer for video editing and probably should have visited this forum first. Initially I plan to edit old SD videos and pix of rock bands and sync them 2 channel audio tracks. The videos will need video enhancing.
So I'll Be using PD12 with computer specs below
Windows 7 Pro 64
Intell 1150 i7 4770K 3.5G
DDR3 I4900 8192 x 4 for 32G
NVIDIA GTX660 2G
SSD 480G
HDD 2000G 7200 Black drive
HDD 2000G WD20 Red Drive
Asdus Xonar DX7 sound card
650W PS
Blu Ray burner
Hyper 212 fan
Does this seem like a good match fit PD12?
Thanks, Garrett W7 64bit SP1 Intel i7-4770k 2 3.5GHz 32 GB RAM NVIDIA GTX660 480 GB SSD 2000GB 7200 HDD x 2

Thanks, I had seen the Cybelink numbers but from reading through the forum before I get started editing, I can tell that these specs are very minimums. What I am really asking is, will this computer set up handle actual editing and SD and HD video processing using PD12? One question would be ; Can I modify the picture quality in real time like one can modify sound in the audio world? Thanks, Garrett W7 64bit SP1 Intel i7-4770k 2 3.5GHz 32 GB RAM NVIDIA GTX660 480 GB SSD 2000GB 7200 HDD x 2

Hi GarrettOO,
The specs look good except the Power Supply in my opinion "650W PS ". Often overlooked by editors. Look for 750W or higher, I run with a 1000W.
