I was just wondering if i need to have a service pack 3 to run power director 11 or is a service pack 2 fine?

PowerDirector 11 specs say "service pack 3" for XP.

But you can certainly give it a test with SP2. Some features may be crippled??

I have vista with a service pack two..can I download a service pack 3 for this operating system or no? Will I tell a diference with service pack two over a service pack 3?

Hi Philly -

As far as I know, there is no SP3 for Vista. SP2 is the latest.
