cyberlink doesn't seem to know my email address when I log on to my account

When I go to the Cyberlink home page my first name is above SUPPORT and next to my name is (My Account). So I am recognized as a customer. When I click on my Account it takes me to members zone. From here I clicked on order status because I want to check an order I placed last Friday. At this point I must fill in my email address and a password. The problem is that after I enter my email address I get this reply "email address not found".
I am not sure why this is happening or how to fix it. Is there a Cyberlink phone number I can call?

I happened to see your post so I've asked CL CS team to recheck your case. It appears to us that you've purchased your new product under different email address, not the same one as your current email registered with CL membership.

The online purchase system has sent you your confirmation letter that describes your purchase details. Suggest you to log into your other email account to check for your new purchase info.
