    There could be many reasons that caused the issue you are facing. To help provide you with prompt guidance, it’s important that you include the below information when posting your question.

  • DxDiag.txt – Please visit DxDiag FAQ to learn how to generate it. You are also recommended to zip your DxDiag.txt before attaching it to your post. We need to know what kind of system you have.

  • Your existing PhotoDirector version and SR number. We need to know what PhotoDirector version and build number that you have installed.

  • 1. Click on the name PhotoDirector – top right of the user interface[/list]
    2. This opens the About dialog. Note down the required information.

  • Take screen captures of the symptoms that you experience. This helps members understand your question better.

  • 1. In top right on your keyboard > Press the “Print Screen/Sys Rq/prt sc” button
    2. Now open up an Image Editor program, such as Paint.
    3. Go to Edit > Paste as a new image
    or it could be
    1. File > open new file
    2. Edit > Paste
    3. Save the image as a jpeg/jpg file
    4. Attach the image to a forum posting - maximum size 100 KB
