I get this error whenever I launch PP 5.5 (bought as part of MediaSuite 10 Ultra)

What gives?

Hi NigelS, any luck on this? What build number are you using here if I may ask?

got past this problem after I identified that for some odd reason the burning engine support is only installed as part of the LabelPrinting package part of Media Suite (which I wasn't installing because I didn't need/want that program).

Anyway, I've dumped Media Suite now as it is so full of bugs and problems I don't want it on my PC.

(I made a bluray disk which went OK except that the disc doesnt have any sound when palyed back. The menu has sound playback but there is no sound at all from the movies I burned to the disc - the AV receiver identifies "Dolby Digital 5.1" as the sound codec but no sound is actually produced.) So I wasted a bluray disc and several hours of my life and got no-where.
