BD Advisor still reading 4096mb

I reinstalled BD advisor after it still reads 4096MB after I upgraded to 8192 MB. System Properties says 8gb installed and so does bIOS 8192 INSTALLED. wonder if this is a software bug that it doesen't read the ram?

Hi,
I checked with my colleagues - this should be not an issue as POwerDVD is not an 64bit application.

is the incorrect memory presentation the only issue you have?
