Just upgraded my computer. In all the moving around of files my extra content file has become corrupt.
Anyone know where to find this to download again?

This is a good reason to burn a CD/DVD of your downloaded files and registration email.
It is also the reason I prefer the boxed version.

If you did not keep your original download, you have to go to Cyberlink support with your purchase proof.
And ask for a re-download.

Yup, did all that. All were corrupt. I had issues with it before I upgraded the machine but it wasn't obvious until Win7. Go figure. I tend to think it was fubar from the beginning.
Thanks

Got an email back from whoever/wherever giving me a link to download again. Very cool.
However there must be some oblique trick to this.
They gave me a user name and password to use.
Only problem is that it keeps asking for these inputs over and over and over with no end in sight.
Case is correct and spelling is correct.
Maybe their servers are messed up for the moment.

Anyone else run into this?

Did you copy the user name from your email, then paste that in the user field.

Copy the Password from the email and paste that into the password field.

Does that work?
