Why do I get the following error message when trying to order:

Cyberlink Power DVD cannot access the requested web page because your default web brower is currently disabled. Enable it and then try again.

Did you make sure that you have set IE as the default browser?

What a terrible software company. IE is my default and I cannot play a Blu-Ray DVD that I just received from Blockbuster. Absolutely worthless software (PowerDVD 10).
