Hi, I´m looking for an option of blu ray drive to install in my PC. I´ve seen that the graphic card and video memory has been mentioned as a "have to".

I want the blu ray drive to back up my data information (photos, home video, etc) and to back up my 100 and growing Blu ray collection as .ISO format.

It´s really necessary for my goal to have a good graphic card?

I apologize my english, I hope you can understand my concern.

Regards.

If all you plan to do is back up files, a powerful graphics card is not required.

A good graphics card is critical if you are doing video editing or into serious gaming.

Hope this helps. Have a great day.
