I was just given this software but before I open it I want to make sure it will work on both my computers.
My pc has xp pro on it 32bit and my laptop has win7 home premium 64bit. Will this software version work on both.

If your computer meets the minimum requirements.

Then PowerDirector 9 Ultra will run on both computers.
