I sent in a ticket (CS002601230) and was given the basic "make sure everything is up to date" troubleshoot. Even though I had already done everything suggested, I tried again and still everything is up to date.
Was also told it had expired on the date of their response to the ticket, even though I have auto renew on and have not changed my payment method nor did I recieve a "we had trouble proccessing your payment" which I assume they send out. I did recieve an email today (a day after being told it expired) that "PowerDirector payment went through" (again I didn't change my visa/method of payment). Even if it did expire on 1/19 I sent the ticket out on 1/17 and had no trouble rendering a video on 1/15.
