4k 30fps Video output after render flashes from dark to light

Hi all,
After producing a 4k 30fps video it does a stange thing. a few seconds of the clip being OK, and then a few secondss of the clip being slightly darker. Throughout the video it will do this for each clip.

If I produce the video in 2k its fine.
The orginal clip are all OK.

I suspect its my PC spec. I include the DxDiag.txt file for someone to advise if possable.

Can you give more details of your production profile and settings - SVRT used etc.
