Working on a fairly large file and started randomly getting Windows Blue Reboot screen. Split the file and still crashes quickly and seemingly randomly. Tried to see what updates I may have installed looking at all the file menu items inclucing Help but don't see what, if any, are installed. So I went to install the first and second updates from 2018 and got a message that I don't have the correct version of Power Director for these updates.
- Will I get this "wrong version" message if I already have the updates i try to install?
- How do I know what updates may be installed?
- I understand there's a lot of possible hardware and driver issues that may be involved with this (light) blue screen of death.
- What do I do next?
- Thanks in advance.
