Is there any way to perfectly stabilize a time lapse from a drone?

THe motion tracker has the logic, but is there a way to keep a target "centered"

The anti-shake dampes movement, but I want to lock the movement.

The best stabilizer is the "Enhanced" option in PD15. Win 10, i7
