youcam wont import powerpoint files

Hi , My youcam 5 wont import powerpoint files. IT says they may be invalid but they are fine.

Please be noted to import ppt, Office needs to be installed.

Be sure there is Office (at least PowerPoint) installed. Bernard is the name
