I've updated PhotoDirector to the latest version, but all of my raw photos are inaccessible, as PhotoDirector doesn't appear to be able to open/edit them. Is this something I can fix, or do I have to wait for an update to fix it?

Hello,

I am having no problem loading ARW files from a Sony α7S III in the latest version of PhotoDirector 365 (15.0.1004). Please consider contacting CyberLink Technical Support, and see if they can assist you:

Hi jonahbron -

.ARW files from the (recently released) Sony A7C R are loading & displaying just fine here in both PhD15 & PhD365. I don't have that camera but I downloaded some sample images from Photography Blog.

The sample files I tested are all adjustable in PhD.

What do you mean by "doesn't appear to be able to open/edit them"? Don't they import correctly at all? What's actually happening?

Cheers - Tony
