Power2 Go 6 error 0xEB020BA0

Since I upgraded to DVD Platinum 7, when I try to copy a DVD I get a Reading Disc Error 0xEB020BA0. Can anybody help?
Danny Yes I'm having the same problem. It was working and has stop. Getting the message Failed to open RGB. I downloaded the update for PD8. Please help Danny
