Hi, I really need your help guys. My camera worked properly for about a month, after we got the laptop, but yesterday I tried to go on it, and the little window came up, saying :
"no video device detected. Please plug a video device into your computer. If you are using an integrated camera please make sure it is turned on"
I have no idea what to do, please help

Hi Julie,
Something is up with your webcam. For some reason the driver was changed or removed, or disabled.
This has nothing to do with YouCam I think, so you should contact the store where you got the computer. They should be able to help and tell you what's up.
