I bought LG GGW-H20L BURNER with Cyberlink software included. I can not play with Power DVD Ultra 7.3 Blue Ray disks.
It shows message: Error Code 80040265. Internal Error.
Curiously, it burns Blue Ray RE Disc, but does not play. Produced BR disc I played on the players in Best Buy store. My system: Intel Q6600, 4 Gb RAM, ATI HD 3870 last updated, XP SP3. I did full reinsall but the same problem. How to solve it?

Update your graphics card driver.
Probably it will work.

I did all upgrades, even i tried demo Power DVD8.
Messages for standard blue Ray Disk"Bangkok Dangerous" was: Nonreadable format...

Vladimir, et al. I just installed the same Blu Ray player, upgraded to 7.3 and receive the exact same error message. If you find a solution please post it on this forum. BD advisor shows that I am BD ready on all accounts. I do not even make it to the DVD menu, I click play and the error code 80040265 Internal error. message pops up. By the way, I'm not sure that I am running Power DVD Ultra though...on the Blu-Ray advisor it just shows Power DVD 7.3.4617.0

I'd really appreciate input if anybody has a solution.
