I get a eror of 0x80004005 each time I try to burn a DVD

Google for that error code. It seems that Windows may not recognize your drive. Are you uisng a plus or a dash disc? Does your burner handle the type of disc you are trying to use?

What brand/type of disc are you trying to use? Some brands are very poor.

Some common causes:

Microsoft Outlook Error
Registry Key Error
Corrupt .dll file
