Just downloaded and installed PowerDVD 8 (standard). Tried to play a couple of DVDs - the sound is fine but no picture, just a black screen. Both DVDs work fine in Windows Media Player. Probably something really obvious but it beats me (easily done). I've emailed Technical Support but I thought I'd try the forum as well. Thanks guys.
