I'm not sure if there's a limitation in the trial version (maybe someone else can chime in), but you need to select a menu and have your video already set up with chapters for the links to be populated. There are several tutorials on the forum that explain that in more detail.

Hi disgusted -

You're giving up w-a-y too soon.

To get what you want, all you need to do is uncheck the "Include Root Menu" checkbox in Menu Preferences

and PDs bad habit of only allowing three items is a real nuisance.

I changed something to say 4 item per page (top right somewhere) and I now have links on the page.
and it only shows one menu thanks to unchecking the root menu as mentioned above
now. how do I put it on a DVD t play on the TV?

well folks I made a dvd!
did not work right tho...
I expected it to return to the main menu after each played.
instead it plays the whole thing from the chapter to the end!

and how do i get this forum to show the pic without all that form etc?

You can double click on the chapter name your first picture, or open the chapter room (F11) and right-click on each chapter and choose Rename chapter.

You also need to tell PD how you want the disc to play when you create it, so click on the button at the end of Playback mode:

Then choose how you want it to play:

I misunderstood your question. If you're already at that setting, what does the disc do in your player that's not right, and what do you want it to do differently?

other forums let you bring in an image. this one wont.

maybe should my patience with this chaos return, it will still be in the trial window. sure aint ready to spend CAD$85 for this software

A lot of users are tricked by "Play the selected title only", thinking it refers to chapters. It doesn't. It only refers to TITLES, not CHAPTERS

To be totally clear, it really should say "Play the selected TITLE only"

Yoy can import produced videos (i.e. titles) directly into the Create Disc module.
