System: Windows 7 Pro x64; Intel Core i7 3770; 16gb RAM
History: been using it for about a year and a half with no problems at all
Issue: after mounting an iso image, Virtual Drive has become totally unresponsive. If I start it directly, nothing (apparently) happens; when I right click an image an select "Mount using virtual drive", I get a small pop up window that says "Out of memory". Windows task manager shows the Virtual Drive process as running.
The image I mounted is still mounted and shows up as a virtual drive; and I can play it. However, it's "stuck" now, since I can't find a way to get Virtual Drive to open and I can't unmount the image.
I attempted a firmware update through the Cyberlink website hoping that would force something, but the update failed.
At the very least, how can I unmount the image? If I can do that, I will uninstall and then reinstall Power2Go 8; I haven't attempted that yet, because I believe that will fail since the image in still mounted.
Any suggestions are most welcome.
Thank you,
Comrade Chairman Obama
