Power Producer 3.0 Failed to add video file

I have the Power Producer 3.0 it came with my JVC GZ-MG21U video camera. When I try to import my MOD files from the camera I get the error "Failed to add video file". Can anyone tell me why? I have already uninstalled the entire software suite and then reinstalled it. Thanks, David

Could PowerDirector which bundle with your JVC camera import the MOD file successfully?

I have this same error in Power Producer and in Power Director Express, that are both bundled with my JVC MG330 camera
