Unable to upload menus to Directorzone

Tried to upload 3 menus to the Directorzone. First one uploaded fine but the next 2 gives the following message:
Step5. Upload Complete.
CyberLink could not upload the template.

These uploads are a response to ynotfish thread:

All 3 menus have a static background image (no videos). The first 2 were downloaded from Directorzone and modified to provide full uncropped chapter thumbnails. Only the first one uploaded successfully. The last one is my creation with a translucent frame around the full chapter thumbnails. See the attached:
