hi

my Powerdvd 13 wont play almost any blu ray movie folder only disc plays fine

when i press play powerdvd open and then close and return me to movie library

in some movie a little it work but the major doesn't disc plays fine any idea how to fix it?

I tried reinstall even reinstall windows nothing work

no one have any idea even powerdvd support ??

I am really disappointment I bought it from ebay and I cant use it fully

I often suffered from the same problem. But now I have no problem playing BD movie folders from HDD.
PDVD is sensitive enough to completeness of BD movie folder structure.
If any folder is not playable by PDVD I run the following bat-file in the BD movie main folder (which contains BDMV subfolder):

mkdir BDMV
mkdir CERTIFICATE
cd BDMV
mkdir AUXDATA
mkdir BACKUP
mkdir BDJO
mkdir CLIPINF
mkdir JAR
mkdir META
mkdir PLAYLIST
mkdir STREAM
cd BACKUP
mkdir BDJO
mkdir CLIPINF
mkdir JAR
mkdir PLAYLIST
pause
rem --------------
