Where can I get this? I have also tried downloading the 'full' version from the links I was sent and on obth occasions, when unpacking I get an error in the file! Can anyone help as Cyberlink are being unresponsive.

Please explain more fully your statement, have you now purchased a full version of PD7 and you are now trying to activate the trial version? or are you having difficulty in successfully installing the trial version?

You cannot use a full version key on a trial version

Running into the same issue. I currently have the trial version installed and just purchased the full version. If you cannot register your product through the trial, why do they give you that option? I have been looking for the same Trial Activation Pack. I have not been able to download the full version either. It started slow, then finally stopped and lost connection. When I go back to the redownload link, I got an error from Digital River telling me that I have attempted to download 13 times and only can download 5. I tried 3 times after the initial fail. This is absolutely painful!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Have a great week!

Andy,

You need to contact Customer Support and explain the situation. You need to uninstall the trial version.
http://www.cyberlink.com/english/cs/support/new_site/support_index.html

Customer support will have the purchase information and assist you.

Please Google "Download Manager" and look for a free or 30 day software. It will help you when you download a lump of a program - I use one.

Dafydd,
Thank you for the reply. I will contact them to help with the reset. I would guess that uninstalling won't mess up the raw file that i have been working on. If it might, is there anything I need to look out for?

Thanks for the tip on the downloader. I will definitely give it a whirl.

Have a great week!

Andy,

The pds (project file) should be saved and safe. I would suggest you opt for File > save as. You must NOT move media files around.

You can also opt to save everything of your project to one location:
File > Export > Pack Project Materials (I'm not sure you have this option available in a trial) > Browse for a directory location.

I use this http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/download.htm to download large software files - it works.

Note: I opt out of all the addons and such the free prog wants to install. I'm not recommending you to use this free download managing product, it is just what I use.

1. You have a corrupted download - caused by an interruption or such
2. the Trial Activation Pack - there should be a link in the email. You can send me the contents etc if you wish, for me to check.
