Hi all my posts seem to have been deleted which is a bit ott
I've privately responded to the administrator who has said he will try and help, but its now Wednesday and i bought this non installing upgrade on Sunday morning.
I still cant report the problem to cyberlink because their support page produces server 500 errors
This is not impressive. I'll give it another day and then talk to my creditcard company and element5 to get my money back
Thanks for your help the software is now installed and running.
The link from cyberlink fixed my problem so hopefully others who purchase JVC GZ-HD3 will have an easier time
