PowerDVD New Patch still makes my Windows 8 crash into blue screen

I updated my PowerDVD software to v2118a, but once loaded the Blue-ray ISO file with Daemon Tools Lite, the system went to blue screen saying "Kernel_Mode_Exception_ Not_Handled (000.cfl)". I'm using Windows 8 OS. Can someone help me with the problem?

In your other post, you were told that the PowerDVD - W8 final compatible version was not yet released. Why do you think the patch would have fixed your problem?

Is Daemon tools lite W8 compatible? Look there also; I did and it does not list W8 as being compatible.

http://www.daemon-tools.cc/eng/products/dtLite#compatible

My guess is that Daemon tools is the issue. Do you have any issues with other parts of the program?

If so, please bring it to the attention of Cyberlink so they can have a patch ready when the end of October comes. What version of W8 and where did you get it?

Do you mean this is just a Beta patch, not the final one? That possibly make sense, 'cause the same problem happens when I switch the software into Cinema Mode. Since my laptop is equipped with a 3D screen, The 3D mode will be initiated once I switch to Cinema Mode, but it will crash into blue screen immediately. Based on the error, I think there may be something going wrong with the kernel files of the software. Besides, my system is Windows 8 Enterprise Evaluation Version, downloaded from MSDN.

Hi, I just wrote an inquiry to the tech support: https://membership.cyberlink.com/prog/support/cs/service/inquiry-response-page.do?pId=CS001190465&m=e858791a6c108d0f174a560b83bfba35

After doing the test, I really think that the kernel files might probably not be compatible with my Graphic card, as is showed by the BD & 3D Advisor:

Hope I can get solution soon...
