Known Issue:
PDVD 12 freezes at black screen when playback Avengers 3D BD

Solution:
(Please be noted that this solution only applies to NVIDIA and AMD graphic cards for now. As for Intel graphic cards users, this solution would apply to them when the next patch of PDVD12 releases, which is before the end of October)

Detail workaround steps:
1. Insert Avengers 3D BD disc
2. Launch PDVD12
3. Click 3D button in the UI to turn on 2D mode and the 3D button should be like.
4. Click play button in the UI
5. Movie enters language selection menu
6. Select users' language
7. Users will see Marvel Comics animation
8. Users will see Paramount animation
9. Movie then enters “main menu”, which is the animation begins with aircraft carrier flying
10. Users may click 3D button in the UI now to enable 3D playback and the 3D button should be like .
11. Select play to start 3D movie playback

Solution:
(Please be noted that this solution only applies to NVIDIA and AMD graphic cards for now. As for Intel graphic cards users, this solution would apply to them when the next patch of PDVD12 releases, which is before the end of October)

Please advise users to workaround as not to turn on 3D mode until the “main movie” starts to play.

Detail workaround steps:
1. Insert John Carter 3D BD disc
2. Launch PDVD12
3. Click 3D button in the UI to turn on 2D mode and the 3D button should be like .
4. Click play button in the UI
5. Movie enters language selection menu
6. Select users' language
7. Users might see "stay tuned for exciting previews..."
8. Users will see green screen shows "The following preview has been approved for appropriate audience..."
9. Users will see main menu with gray Disney Castle as background followed by gray animation and users may select "play movie"
10. Users will then see red Disney Castle animation, which means “main movie” starts
11. Users may click 3D button in the UI now to enable 3D playback and the 3D button should be like .

Can this issue be solved if I backup these two Blu-ray to digital copies before loading into PowerDVD 12?
