I purchased a JVC camcorder for my husband, because he wanted to do video. The camcorder came with the Cyberlink software. Went to daughters wedding recently came home tried to get video off camcorder unable to, because software won't let me register it. I've been going back & forth with the so call support team. They were unable to resolve my problem. I purchased the Creator 2012 from Roxio for my photography business and low & behold there was a program on it for video. I was able to get my video off the camcorder using this software. I will never use Cyberlink programs again. I deleted off my computer. I will never recommend it to anyone I like This is my first review of any product I bought, so this lets you know I really really don't like it.

Cyberlink has it's own way to do it, but unfortunately, the support team wasn't able to give you the exact information. Anyway, there are times that Roxio works better though.
