Cleaner software, (when the Control Panel route fails) assists re-installation for PowerDirector10

Please use your Control Panel Add/remove program to uninstall a program first. Only after trying and failing to re-install should the cleaner program be used.

CLCleaner2-PowerDirector_10.0.zip
This tool designed to "fool" your PC and allow an overwrite of PD without needing to uninstall. Suitable for PD10.

Using a zipping software unpack the contents.
Select and double click on the CLCleaner-PDR10.exe
There will be a popup when completed - it is fast.

The use of the cleaner tools is to correct an installation problem. Removal from the Control Panel (add/remove program) first, would be better.

The CLCleaner2-PowerDirector_10.0.zip file and contents has been created and supplied by Cyberlink Corporation, no alteration or changes have been made and is attached here for the convenience of forum members who are having installation difficulties.

CyberLink suggest to try to remove a program (PD10's Content I & II in this instance and the full program) from the Control Panel (add/remove program) first before running CLCleaner when trying to re-install a program. This can avoid some other issues. Because CLCleaner is a tool to solve some installation issues, not to uninstall a program.
