Media Espresso not Working well on Windows 7 64Bit

Hello a few days ago I bought the Media Suite 9, applied all the latest patches from the support web site but still have a problem.
My system:
Windows 7 64 Bit
AMD 4550 GPU
AMD CPU

I'm using the latest AMD drivers Catalyst 11.9, the AVIVO video converter and all other optional downloads of that revision.

I started converting a self made mpg video that plays well with VLC and Windows media Player.
The result was that the new file did play the sound but not any video. The video screen did stay completely green.

What is wrong here?
