cannot copy DVD

Problem with posting Q to support:
Tried repeatedly to post this to support, then "Upload error, attachment exceeds 4 MB". I do not post an attachment!
Problem I want to post:
In CL Media Suite 8 I cannot copy DVD without copy protection. OS Windows 7 32 bits
copy from D: DVD name in source window. after analyzing, process stops: "source is not DVD". Which is false.
copy with video_TS in source window: After analyzing, process stops: "not authorized, contact administrator". I am logged in as administrator

I have the same problem with MediaSuite 9, can't copy a DVD period, and the tech help wants me to give an autobiography before they'll even try to help. I'm so aggravated because I paid good money for a program that won't do one of the main things I need it to do . . . Since "tech help" is "no help," anyone have a solution?

This look s like a bug since it assumes it has an attachment. Anyone else getting this?
