I update dated my computer
I own power2go 7

I am planning on upgrading but i am now having issues with it
I reinstalled on my i7 desktop
With 12 gig of ram
Win 7 64 bit
And it keeps crashing at start
Please help me

Oh all my products are registered but getting help from cyber link is a freaking mess

This software is cool when it is working but don’t ask for help they want to charge an arm and a leg

If anyone can help let me know If not I won’t waste the $100 bucks on the media ultimate 9 I am planning on buying and go back to Nero

This happen to me as well. Just got the full suite bundled with Plextor usb 3.0 blu ray burner, and first problem is that the suite wont launch from the desktop shortcut, though navigating manually will allow Power2Go to start. However, every time a .iso file is selected for the burn, P2G just hangs up and says (not responding).

This on an acer 5750G with i7 processor and Windows 7

This is happening to me with P2G version 6
