Greetings fellow techies....
i have a problem that maybe you can offer me some advice about.

my installed prog, power2go version 6, when trying to open, now comes up with the msg.....

INITIALIZING BURNING ENGINE PLEASE WAIT

i have left it doing this for hrs, then it tells me that it has stopped working, and windows will find a solution...

i have sent this info to our mentors at cyberlink cs, 48hrs ago, still no solution, or reply....
what i would like to ask is, is there any garrantee when purchased on line, i still have my original e-mail.
and who where can i go to enquire.

thanks in advance....

Hi Michael,

thanks for getting back to me, obviously you dont have access to the cs dept at cyberlink, i do not have the programme installed at the moment, and i do not have a backup copy, i came on the forum to see if any one else had the same problem and what they did about it.

In the mean time i had hoped that somebody from cyberlink would of got back to me to let me know what to do about getting a download of power2go v6.

All i have is my original invoice from that purchase in June 2010. TO BE OR NOT TO BE........
