How to upgrade or uninstall Youcam 3.0

I have a computer Lenovo with youcam 3000001 version preinstalled. Skype work good with youcam. I purchase new version of youcam 4.0.913 but when i start install new programm he ask me for unistall old youcam 3.0 and unintalation has begin. When pass 90 or 95 persent uninstalatino has down and i see the window with error message "error of reading C:\windows\Installer\Youcam.msi". I dont have that file!
When press "Ok". I see "error 1603"

What i must to do for installed new programm?
