Power DVD 8 - Does not support mouse?

Bought an LG Blu-ray drive which came with a copy of Power DVD 8. When opening a Blu-ray movie in the player, I get the message "This content does not support the use of a mouse." I am unable to click on any of the menu items. Simultaneously, I receive a message "Color scheme has been changed to windows 7 basic."

Anyone know of any fixes for this?

Win 7 / 64-bit
i7-970 3.2gHz
6gb ram
Ati 5970 (2Gb)

hello,

some BD do not support mouse input (as stated in the message) you need to use the keyboard arrow keys instead to navigate

BD playback is working under Windows basic color scheme only because of performance concerns - this is not a bug
